Hyde No.12. Irish Whiskey, 46%, 700ml
This triple destilled irish Whiskey matured in ex Bourbon Casks (Alligator Casks) and finaly in Oloroso Sherry Casks. There exists only a small batch of bottles.
It wasn´t cold filtered and has no artificial colours. It´s a very interesting fruity, creamy and varied Whiskey
- Aromas: little spicy, notes of dryed fruit, sweetness of honeyoak
- Taste: creamy spicy with ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla honey finish
- Resonance: long lasting, creamy, biscuit
